“Our TV remote isn't controlling the TV it's the harmony 650 and we have had horrible trouble with it since we had our new TV installed by best buy. Please help I looked up the manual but it doesn't help either. I pushed the help button and it don't work”

• Had one of those remotes & had to have Geek squad program it. Once programmed they are great.

• You should give 1-800-GEEK SQUAD (1-800-433-5778) a call to speak to an Agent. If they can't help over the phone, there is an in-home Remote Programming service available.
