The active noise cancelling feature on the Soundcore Life Q20 headphones does not work in the AUX-in state (when plugged in directly using a cable). If you require noise cancelling during usage on an airplane or in other scenarios, you would need to use the headphones in Bluetooth mode where the ANC feature is active.
