Can these be paired to 2 phones at the same time? null

They can’t. It’s very easy to move them across devices. To make it easy, I quickly turn off the Bluetooth on the device they were paired with, and then open the case, and connect to the new device.

Not simultaneously. This can be paired to one device at any given time.
