• You can pair them with one ear on each phone, but I am sure that is not your question. You can pair them with many devices, but only use them with one at a time. To use with first phone, turn off Bluetooth on second when removing from the case. To use with second phone, turn off Bluetooth on the first when removing from the case. • Yes, you need to disconnect or remove the airpod from already paired devices before you connect to any new phone.

• While you can set up pairing with more than one iPhone, they can only be paired and operating with one device at a time.
