These include a five variety of ear tips, including small and xtra-small, so I’d imagine one of the two smaller sizes could be a good fit. I found two sizes worked for me, but I still decided to go with True Grip ear tips from Comply.

The wide variety of sizes that come with these buds should allow you to find one that works, but be prepared that it may take some getting used to. I have found a size that works for me and stays tight most of the time, but it still comes loose if I laugh. These have great features and sound great for the money. Phenomenal for phone calls too.
