“What is the button on the bottom of the case ? I tried pressing and it didn’t power down I don’t see anything in the documents in the box. I know I’m not tech savvy but any help would be appreciated.”

Pressing the button on the bottom with the lid closed shows the current charge level of the case. Pressing and holding the button 10 seconds with the lid open will reset the earbuds and erase all "memory data".
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is not a power button. The ear buds power down when you put them in the case and close them. The case is basically a battery, so you can't "shut it off". The button is to reset the ear pods when you want to switch from one paired device to another. It makes the ear pods forget the first device. This is a very clumsy way to switch between devices, but that's what it does.
