A:Answer The fit is very secure because they include 4 different ear tip sizes, although theres no guarantee theyll fit perfectly in both ears, you can feel them sliding out or getting loose when doing an activity, so AS LONG AS your able to reach with one had to secure them in your ears every couple of minutes i think its safe.
