As far as volume and answering calls, there is a button on each earbud. Contradict take a little bit to get used to but after that they are fine. Phone call volume is ok.For me these are very comfortable and stay in place. Battery life is very good. Sound is good. Charging is quick and easy, I charge the case why I am isotherm earbuds then just put the earbuds back in and the charge. I would recommend,
