It's one piece and yes it's cut out where the camera is. It protects the back and all around the edges.

It comes in one piece. All the cutouts and buttons are just right! Does not block the camera and the buttons are easy and soft. Just a cut our for charging..no flap. One thing I also forgot to add in the review is that it is very hard to get off.

The case is one piece and there is a cut out where the camera is. If you want to protect the screen then you need to buy a screen protector.

It is 1 piece with an opening for the camera. It does not protect the screen.

The case is one piece. However, on the G7 it will provide a little separation between glass and a flat surface because it wraps around the edge a little bit. I do not know what might happen if you tried to use it on a G7-Edge model, though probably you would be disappointed.
