My phone snapped right in without any effort and volume buttons work fine. Also mine came with rubber rim installed already so it makes me think you got a previously used or certainly damaged case. Mine functions great on the 5S!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did not have an issue like what you're describing. I'd suggest starting over and laying the bottom base unit on a table--then insert your phone and snap the top into place. Sorry I can't think of a better method for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It was a little tricky to get the screen protector positioned right and then get the case to snap on. If the case isn't snapping on easily you may need to adjust the screen protector.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a 5s as well. I didn't have any issues snapping it in place. I followed instructions and I was able to snap it in. It did feel like i was using force but keep in mind that it must be snugged in there. I believe I inserted the volume buttons first for the same feeling like it was too tough. Hope you get it to work. It really is a nice case!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is the way the case is designed. This case is made for protection and the phone is meant to be snug inside of it. Very little wiggle room and yes, tough to get off - but it's protecting your phone!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't be afraid to push pretty firmly on the phone to get it into the case properly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.if case says for 5s and it doesn't fit-take it back. Get another one or buy a different brand. Sounds like you just got a bad one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A salesperson snapped mine on.
