It doesn't have a cover for the screen but the edges are thick so if it falls on the screen on a flat surface then the case would protect the screen.

No, but you can buy a separate screen protector. However every time we have been to the Apple store to purchase our phones, they have recommended not to use a screen protector. We do buy the Apple insurance.

There is a slight rise to the edge of the case so if you drop the phone on a flat surface the screen will be protected, but I would definitely invest in a good screen protector.

No, no screen protection, just a "back" cover. But a good case. I put a stick on screen protector to go along with the case.

The edges are raised so you may lay it facedown with the screen not contacting the resting surface, or if dropped face down.
