The exact specifications for the Note8 were just revealed a couple of days ago. The ad is up now because the case is being finalized and manufactured currently, but Speck wants to let its customers know that they are making a case for it and it will be available soon. The cases in the picture are for existing Speck cases, to illustrate what their overall design concept is. Even without those words on the picture it's pretty obvious that the phone in the pictures isn't a Note8.
