“I have the Spotify Premium with Hulu plan which spotify no longer provides. Can I use this gift card on that specific plan without losing/changing the Hulu portion of the plan? I dont see anything stating that it shouldnt work but i want to make sure.”

• Sadly it only works with an individual plan of Spotify only. not with other bundles (say hulu or family plans)
