This is a great front loading counter top machine. I would not recommend using the top for extra counter space. You could put this on a rolling cart if you need what counter top space you have.

Your question seems to sound like you may be looking for a floor model with a countertop. This would not be it. I bought this one and love it because I don't have room in my kitchen for a floor model.

It does not have a counter-top for extra counter space.. It's front loading. Based on your comments, I don't think this is what you're looking for. I think you want a portable dishwasher that sits on the floor that is closer to 36+ inches that comes in a cabinet or similar.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is front loading. Don’t make this common mistake. This dishwasher can barely clear a 10.5” dinner plate. Heavy weight on top of this dishwasher (like a microwave) will bend the top of it and large dinner plate will no longer fit inside.

It is very difficult to figure out the amount of detergent to use so dishes come out dirty or filmy. Product says it can fit a set of 6 10.5" dishes, but that is incorrect. In order to fit a dish close to that size you must have the rack halfway into the machine, and maneuver the dish side ways into the slot before replacing the silverware tray. Also, had difficulty returning item when I found out it's more work than it's worth.... it's still sitting in the box in my dining room waiting to figure out how to get it back to Best Buy. Best of Luck finding a better unit.
