• I'm thinking that you can. some adapters work on several faucet types, with the threads inside and on the outside. Talk to a hardware store for options.

• The adapter will fit any American Standard Faucet. If the faucet isn’t smaller then the kitchen faucet, it should work. The bathroom sink may not be big enough for the hoses to fit or the sink maybe too small for all the water that comes out of dishwasher.
