• It come with base, plastic nozzle which goes under the glass covering and adapter (it plugs in). I've only had it for about 2 months so im not sure how long it will last. Hope this helps.

• This has to be used plugged in. The diffuser will run until the water in tank runs out but it goes for around 4 hours on an average.
