The product was never canceled. The official release date was in limbo there for the longest time. Hasbro wanted a decent product and that takes time. I spent a few day calling all sorts of places about pre orders but Australia and other places in Europe already recieved this a month ago to base sales for the us and everyone else. Luckily I order mine a few days ago and ups already shows it arriving on the 2nd two days before a official release date. But the way pre orders go the money doesn't come out of your account till the item shows up and they can ship it out. If I was you guys I would just cancel the first pre order since Hasbro decided to hike the price up, since they probably changed details and tweeked it a bit for a better product, and just re order it. Best buy definitely has some from what they say.

Please try again later.Try to reorder now, I just did and it worked but my pre-order was at 100$ and now the live price is 120, so my guess it that they wouldn't honor our pre-ordered items since they were 20$ off. They lied, they didn't tell us the truth they just said they had no stock. Yet today I ordered (4.29.2020) and I have one on it's way by 5.4.2020. I can only assume the price error is why they cancelled all our pre-orders
