“Is there a "third" click button on this mouse similar to the Logitech G600?”

No, it doesn't have that third ring finger button, but the scroll wheel has tilt click so you can map 3 macros to the scroll wheel.

There is not, and i wouldn't have purchased if so. The third mouse buttons on the g600 (I've literally owned 3 of them) are naturally too sensetive and have extre.ely poor mapping capabilities even with software.

No there is not, however there is 12 mechanical buttons in the side and a DPI button where the scroll is.

No, the mouse is very small and your third finger will be on the side of the mouse.

There's 18 buttons on this mouse. All of them are configurable to register as mouse buttons or keyboard presses. I hope this helps you.
