Hey man, I'm a bit late but I also have this problem. Is your keyboard connected directly in your PC? Is it going through any USB switches, or USB hubs?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just had this issue with mine. The Apex 7 has a cable with 2 USB plugs. One that has a KEYBOARD symbol (for keyboard connect), and one with a standard USB symbol (for the USB passthrough port on the keyboard). Make sure you have the USB plug with the KEYBOARD symbol on it plugged into a USB 3.0 port. This is stated in the manual, however most USB 3.0 devices have a blue plug, rather than black, to signify the difference between 3.0 and 2.0, since the port is the same. Steelseries decided to go against USB 3.0 specification recommendations and confuse their customers. If the issue persists, try factory resetting your keyboard: https://support.steelseries.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043313811-My-keyboard-is-experiencing-software-issues
