“Does this headset have a mute button? I will be using for work and want to know if I can mute my customer”

• It mutes the audio from the retractable microphone on this headset when paired Bluetooth or connected with the 8-pin to male auxiliary cable that comes with it. If you use a regular male-male auxiliary cord the button won’t work, as the connection is straight to the device’s DAC.
