I use this headset with my PS4 and love it. Here are some troubleshooting ideas: 1. Make sure everything is plugged in correctly. Either directly into the controller or into one of the console's usb ports. It may help to unplug it and plug it back in. You should be able to see a message pop up saying you disconnected/connected the headset. 2. Make sure the mic is pulled out and unmuted (there's a mute button on the back of the left ear cup - it makes the mic glow red when muted). 3. Go to the settings on the PS4 to adjust the mic volume. You can get there by holding the PS button on the controller to bring up the quick menu, then select Sound/Devices then Adjust Microphone Level. You should be able to see the input volume that the mic is picking up and adjust the level with a slider to get it in the "good" range. 4. It could be game-specific. For example, in Overwatch you don't automatically connect to voice chat unless you change the settings. And even then there can sometimes be issues joining a group chat. So if you see the mic working in step 3, I'd check for a game-specific tutorial for help. Hope that helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is a button for mic muting on the headphone side as the mic boom. It is on the back above the volume control wheel. I can't recall if the red showing means muted or live, but try pressing it and see.
