The description says its made from a cloth surface with non-slip rubber base. It says "exclusie QcK micro-woven cloth for maximum control" and "durable, non-slip rubber base provides zero movemenet"

According to the description on the box, it's a cloth surface with a non-slip rubber base.

They only information they give is a cloth top and a rubber base. I imagine the cloth top is a synthetic blend and the composition is a "trade secret".

Cloth coated on top, rubber on bottom.

Light cloth type surface with rubber backing. Rolls up nicely

It's a neoprene with a fabric surface. Not a disappointment to live with this product.

Everything on every site just says cloth pad and rubber base. SS doesn't actually say any more about it anywhere, even on their site. I have the mouse pad and its the normal cloth you get with a cut mouse pad. The rubber base is just a standard gel-like rubber.
