Please try again later.There is a device on Amazon which plugs into the headphone/output jack of any cassette player, which also has a USB cable on the other end which plugs into your computer. This allows you to record a music file (MP3 or WAV format) onto your computer using the Audacity app (which is free on the app store), which in turn can be burned onto a CD player/burner which you attach to your computer (some older computers still have this built in). I myself have many old cassettes that I turned into MP3 files and downloaded to my phone.

Please try again later.To do what you want, you'd need a specialized reorder that has two cassette openings, one for the cassette being recorded and one for the cassette receiving the recording. Those models are far from being commonly available any more, if at all. This is not one of those models, as this only has one cassette opening but it says that it both plays and records. I haven't bought it yet to be sure. If this has a port for outgoing music that you could transfer with the right cable into a receiving cassette in another device, MAYBE you might be able to record a copy. But you really would need to go into the store and ask a tech specifically about whether it would work like that or not before you decide to buy it.
