A:AnswerTheir absolutely horrible. I can hear fine, they can't hear me well at all. Keep saying I can't hear you, I have tried all three modes and I still have to put them on speaker phone because I keep being told how they can not hear me. So time to return
A:AnswerExcellent. I use mine every weekend for doing yard work and it handles mowing, edging and weed eating noise perfectly. Of course they also handle plane travel also.
A:AnswerWhen charged the red or white light on the case will go out. Also if you look at them on the phone’s Bluetooth menu it indicates the charge of each ear bud as well as the case.
A:AnswerYes they can, but honestly you'll still hear plane noise or other passengers. I bought some $20 ear buds from Amazon, and those ones are indeed noise canceling, way better than these beats.
A:AnswerIf you’re a side sleeper like I am, the earbud touches the pillow and pauses or changes songs. I got an expensive ear pillow that has a hole for my ear. That works great. The noise canceling really helps with the nap.
A:AnswerI know if you have insurance on them they'll send you out a replacement, even if you don't have insurance on the item they'll always give you a replacement option or give you the option to buy a new set
A:AnswerI had the same issue when I lost one earbud on a plane. I was unable to get a single earbud replacement. But at this price the full replacement is not bank-breaking. Also, I use the original case as additional battery source to get even more than the 10 hours of life on a single charge.
