I just received a pair of beats together with a purchase of a Mac air and i can only hear out of one ear. The ear that has controls has a very faint volume- it basically doesn’t work. How do I fix this? null

You can reset your Beats Studio 3 Wireless Headphones or download the Beats Updater from the Beats website to update the firmware. To reset your headphones, hold down the power button and volume down button for 10 seconds. When the Fuel Gauge flashes, release the buttons.
Your headphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.
