I just purchased the gray ones due to the price difference. That is the ONLY difference. Price and color. Otherwise specs are the same. Hope that helps!

I purchased for my 12 year old son and asked the same questions. The warranty is the same as the other beats. I don’t find a difference in the other colors. However, my son says they are loud and can’t use for long periods of time.
