Yes, the optional cable included is a talk cable.

You can use Beats Studio 3 Wireless Headphones wirelessly, or wired with the optional RemoteTalk Control cable that is included in the box. There are controls on the left ear cup when using them wirelessly, and on the RemoteTalk Control cable when you're using them wired. There are mics located on the headphones and the RemoteTalk Control cable for taking phone calls.
