2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection

Q: I have geek squad protection for my Arlo doorbell and it is not working well. What should I do? I think that one of the connectors to the electric cable is damaged. Maybe someone try to pull it out from my door. Many thanks. Best, Juan
