I’m believe that this sound bar is only compatible with Sunbrite TVs — it has a proprietary connector for the audio cable.

Here is a downloadable .pdf file showing SunBriteTV displays and which accessories are compatible with each. (https://www.sunbritetv.com/media/pdf/SBTV-CompatibilityChart.pdf) As to whether it's compatible with a Sharp TV, I'm unable to tell with the information provided, but my best guess is (1) Probably not and (2) For an indoor TV, there are likely other better options available. If you're using the indoor TV outdoors, I'd definitely recommend against it. Most indoor TV manufacturers do as well. Just check the TVs manual for any warning about using outdoors.
