• A:Answer I wouldn’t recommend for a camera of such value, the tripod itself is good if you would like to mount your phone, I would recommend manfrotto element 65” Tripod I myself use a Sony a6400 on the go all the time

• A:Answer It’s got a base on top with an adapter for a phone/iPod and a second adapter for GoPro camera. Perhaps other devices could also be used with these adapters but I am not sure if the webcam you mention could be used though, it’s possible, but I couldn’t say with certainty
