Dear Deadspot, The SureCall Flare 3.0 is designed to amplify RF Sheltered areas... basements or upper level of the house (particularly if you have a metal roof or other radio unfriendly building materials). So the official answer to your question is: Flare 3.0 is designed to amplify cellular signal 'inside of your house'. The inside coverage estimate of 3.000 sqft is the maximum and it assumes that signal power on the roof is moderate or even good. Since you are asking if Flare 3.0 will also amplify the outside signal... that suggests the cellular signal power on the roof is NOT very good. When outside signal is weak the Flare 3.0 inside coverage will be smaller. Dear Deadspot, can you make a cellular call from the roof of your house? If not, can you at least text from the roof of your home? If you have ZERO outside coverage there will be nothing for Flare to boost.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
