It's max speed is only 20mph so it does not require vehicle registration, but it may require an additional license to operate, depending on where you live. Hi there! You may need to check with your state to see if a license is required in your state. We recommend asking your local DMV, as although there are state regulations, some smaller towns and cities may have additional municipal regulations in addition to state regulations.
