Does this bag fit under the seat on the plane? null

Depends on the plane. It fits on 737s and AirBus planes. Not on the smaller regional jets like Embraer or Bombardier jets that have a row of single seats and a second row of double seats. Tight fit on those at best, usually have to go in overhead on the regional jets.

Yes. Kinda, depending on how you pack and the airlines rules it could be too big; but I had it stuffed and never had a problem putting it under the seat other than not having leg room.
