You can't send the PIN # via email. The alternative option is to add the PIN# through the website by creating an account. This also gives you the benefit of keeping tracking your usage history, calls made, etc.

I advise you to dial *611 from your t-mobile cell phone. It is free phone call at no cost to t-mobile customer service. You should then ask the customer representative your question as to whether or not the PIN can be activated via email.
