“I originally purchased my Zagg invisible shield at best buy, I also paid for installation and was told that if I needed a replacement order from Zagg and that the replacement would be installed at no charge at best buy. Why are they trying to charge me?”

If you purchased the original screen from Best Buy, paid for the original screen to be installed, and registered the screen protector purchase with Zagg, then you just have Zagg replace the shield under their warranty and bring the replacement shield and packaging into any Best Buy for it to be installed at no additional cost. It's also good to have a copy of the receipt to show the original installation purchase.
