I only ask them to install items I buy at best buy. They have no way of replacing an item it if is damaged during installation. They are simply looking out for their liability, as well they should. I wouldn't buy a Big Mac, then take it to Burger King and ask them to add cheese.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I experienced a similar situation when I received a replacement Zagg shield for my Note 4. I took it to Verizonwireless for them to install. They were reluctant but did install after I informed them that another sales rep from their store had ordered it for me and stated she would install once I received it. I guess you just have to be persistent.
