“can I have screen protector replaced? I bought and paid for best buy to put a zagg protector on my phone and tablet. The shield is guaranteed not to come off or scratch according to the techs. The screen on my phone is peeling off and has a hole and the one on tablet is peeling off too. I don't have receipts for either but I used my rewards card for purchase. Can I still have them replace for free?”

Take it to the Geek Squad, there is a very good chance you can get a free replacement.

Mine was peeling off also and they confirmed when I purchased the Zagg protector cover, so they replaced it with a new one for free. I also have Geek Squad protection that I purchase for $99 per year. It has saved me a lot in this past year.
