“Is this spill proof? I have an old bottle that needs replacement, but I can't find another one like it, where you need to suck on it to get the liquid out. Otherwise, you can even turn it completely upside down and nothing will leak.”

as long as you close it, its not going to spill... but this does not have the built in straw.

The lid screws down. And has gaskets. When closed down correctly it is spill proof.

It is spill proof of the lid is screwed on. It works like a plastic water bottle top. It doesn’t require suction to drink.
