- Answer Yes. My Asus 16" fits fine. But the inside soft pad is 3" short of covering either a 15.6" or 16" laptop

- Answer I would not trust mine in the rain for a long period. Depending on how hard it is raining, from 2 minutes hard rain to 15 minutes for a light rain max I would guess.
