• There's none on mine so they must mean the zipper or it's an error in the description

• Hmm...I can't find it on mine, either. The only way I can see how that might work is on the laptop compartment with the two zippers leave one of the zippers fully unzipped and zip the other one all the way over to it but leave about a 0.5" gap for a power cord.
