QuestionHello, my room this unit is in is 140sq ft. We have 90 + degree heat wave weather for the week. I only feel cold air when I’m right up against it but that’s its. This is not cooling the room and everything is hooked up right I triple checked it all why??

QuestionIs this model self-evaporating? Or do you need to drain it all the time?

- Answer The unit is self-evaporating and expels moisture through the exhaust hose. In highly humid areas, it may be necessary to drain the unit using the base drain plug or attach a drain hose to manage excess condensation. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

QuestionHow long will it run before it freezes up? I just got this yesterday and it stopped blowing cold air. I think it froze up since it also stopped producing water out the drip hose.
