“I got this yesterday for my son to use with his xbox. Worked fine last night, but today it wouldn't turn on. Unplugged it & waited a bit & plugged it back in. Has anyone else had this issue? It's plugged into a power strip & everything else was working”

I should have returned this when it first happened. Exactly one month later and it no longer turns on. The first time it happened it started working again, but not now. I have Contacted the warranty support multiple times, and I am getting the run around. :(

Have you checked other outlets? Could be a breaker tripped. Usually they come right on

Try to reset power strip. Or try to plug straight into power outlet.
