This TV uses Google TV, which is the latest version of Android TV. You should be able to do anything you do with an Android tablet on this TV. It's a nice operating system, and it is easy to use tubi, youtube or prime video. The new TCL S3 is one of the few TV's in this size to offer full HD (1080p), and the picture quality is very good. The only thing I didn't like was the standby light was too bright at night, but you can turn it off in the "advanced" menu. The vertical viewing angle is limited, and colors look washed out when viewed from a high viewing angle, but if the TV is above eye level, the picture quality is excellent.
