QuestionI bought an open box, and everything physical was great. However, I am completely unable to use the TV. During setup it gives the email Ron the barber 91, and does not continue past that point. I cannot enter my email or factory reset.

- Answer If you have the remote for the TV, you should be able to change any settings previously used. I know its a smart TV, but I plug an Apple TV into the HDMI port and use that to operate the TV. But you should be able to completely input your info using the remote provided. i would search for a YouTube video on setting up the TV. This has helped me on several different occassions. I've had no issues with the TV.

QuestionWhy do all TVs come with edge-mounted stands that require wide tables rather than center-mount stands that can fit on smaller tables? I have older 40 inch and 32 inch flat screens and a new monitor, all with center-mount stands.
