While looking for a 40 inch TV for my daughter I noticed none of the TVs 40 inches or under said 4K so I asked a Best Buy team member and they explained to me that 40 inch TVs are not 4K because at that size you were unable to see the difference from full HD to 4K so at that size 1080 P is as good as you will get.
