For further instructions on how to use Live TV Pause on this TV, you can go to support.tcl.com/us-googletv-setup-configuration/setting-up-live-tv-pause-on-the-tcl-google-tv. This cannot be used to record content. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
