“I'm just returning a Samsung Series 7 TV for crowded Home screen and difficult of navigation, inability to delete installed apps and Samsung pushing advertising for apps. Can I delete the preinstalled apps on this TV? Does this TV pushes advertising”

You can add and remove streaming channels from your Home screen at at given time. You can also move and rearrange the streaming channels to put your most used channels near the top. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can uninstall the pre-installed apps or any apps that you download by going on the Roku app on your phone. You tap on the devices icon on the bottom right of your screen, then you select the TV you want to connect to and then right underneath that you will see in the middle it says channels, tap on that & it will list all your channels, then put your finger on and hold for a second on the one you want to delete & you will see it gives you the option to do so. Very similar to the way that you delete an app on an iPhone. Also, it has not pushed any ads on me and there are lots of free movie and TV apps that you were able to download. This TV is new to me so I’m still getting to know it but so far I love it. I actually got two and plan on buying a third in the somewhat near future.
