• The buttons located on the lower portion of the TCL Roku Remote are our partner buttons. They are designated at a factory level with some variation, and cannot be reprogrammed. They are intended to be shortcut buttons to select streaming channels. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

• They are app presets. In order from top to bottom, it goes Netflix, Hulu, Roku Channel, and ESPN+.
