Unfortunately not, only one way they connect.  You could look into aftermarket stands that attach to the TV on Amazon, might be only solution.

For this 55 inch TCL Roku TV, there are 2 different options for feet placement. At the wider position, the feet spacing to fit on a stand is 42.3 inches. At the more narrow position, the feet spacing to fit on a stand is 22.7 inches. You would simply choose whichever option would best fit your home setup. The feet have dedicated position where they are secured with screws to the TV. The feet cannot be rotated. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
