• Box dimensions are 34.4 x 55.1 x 6.6in. I would assume it would fit in a Passport, it just fit laying down in the back of my Chevy Cobalt with the rear seats down (and some shoving). It might even stand up in your SUV, if it does I would do that over laying it down flat.
